So. From time to time I do various art projects. And this year I decided to make a summer project for girls 5-8 years old. Yeah. A difficult age :). But the real problem was elsewhere.

It’s summer outside, and many people like traveling, going to the ocean, relaxing, etc. Therefore, I needed to find those willing to become participants in a short time. I can’t say how I did it, but the problem was solved and some of the girls (and their moms, what is so important) were ready for the photo shoot.

I must say that I already did the same project a few years ago for younger girls and boys. And now I knew that I only had a few minutes to take the photos I needed.

But this time everything went wrong. All the families with their little ladies arrived at different times. So I started taking pictures of those who came first, while we waited for the rest.

Finally, when everyone came, I wanted to take a picture of all the girls together, but … Someone was not in the mood, someone just fell asleep on the way to the photo shoot and now is also not in the mood (by the way, this happens to me too), someone just went into denial…

I didn’t force them to take pictures and after a while the girls started to cooperate with me a bit. And it felt so good. Also, I had so much support from girls’ mom, (thank you dear moms) and a little secret that helped me a lot.

Summer photo project for girls

After a while, the girls started play with each other and their mood changed to a more positive one. So I had time to take the photos. All of the girls got used to me and allowed me to do what I love. In the end, we had a great result, and we were very pleased with each other.
